GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders, including Expedited and Overnight, have a standard processing time of 1-2 business days but can take up to 5 business days to ship during our peak seasons.

Sarris Candies is not responsible for incorrect addresses or returned packages, so please double check your order before submitting. Additional charges may apply for address corrections or redirects.

TRANSIT DAYS & TIMES

Orders are shipped out via UPS or Fedex Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please call 1-800-255-7771 to confirm if Saturday delivery is available in your area.

Transit times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping times begin once the package leaves our facility.

CHOCOLATE BAR & PRETZEL ROD SHIPPING RATES

Standard ground shipping is $12 for every 6 boxes of chocolate bars and pretzel rods.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING (APRIL–SEPTEMBER)

As temperatures fluctuate, we may hold your order if the state you're shipping to is experiencing temperatures above 70°.

During peak summer months, orders are only shipped out Monday through Thursday. Ground and Expedited orders placed after 11 AM EST on Wednesday and Overnight orders placed after 11 AM EST on Thursday may not ship until following Monday.

All orders will be packed in an insulated bag with ice packs and require Expedited or Overnight shipping to prevent melting. Saturday is not a standard delivery day for upgraded shipments.

We guarantee that all orders will arrive in perfect condition when shipped with warm weather packaging. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team at

SPECIAL SHIPPING

We are able to ship to P.O. boxes using USPS, however, please allow for additional time in transit.

Sarris Candies is only able to ship to addresses in the U.S. and Canada. Special shipping rates apply to shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Please contact customer service for more information.

Free shipping is available for military addresses (APO/FPO). Due to increased time in transit, we cannot guarantee against melting or that packages will arrive by a specific date.

STORE PICKUP

Store pickup is available at our Canonsburg store 7 days a week. Orders placed Monday through Thursday require 48 business hours for processing. Orders placed Friday through Sunday require 72 business hours for processing.
